CORPORATE STRATEGY UPDATE AND business process optimization

Our team participated in the creation of new corporate and business strategy for MPOWER Group, which integrates companies in the area of development, production and maintenance of valves for conventional and nuclear power industry. An intensive cooperation with local management helped us to identify the best strategic markets, customers and products. The main goal was to meet the ambitious growth plans of the company for the next 5 years. We conducted a business process analysis of the company and we have proposed a concept for the optimization of key business processes. We will further intensify our cooperation, and currently we are also actively involved in business development for MPOWER in Turkey and on some other selected markets.

EPDOR, in collaboration with Grant Thornton Advisory, has prepared an update to the strategy for setting out the business and personal processes at ZAT, which is the oldest Czech company, with a fifty-year history in the field of automation of techological processes, with its own development, design and production of complex control systems for energy and industry. A joint team by EPDOR and GTA sugested a Strategy in 2020 for the area of conventional power. The content of this strategy is a detailed focus on key markets, customers, marketing and management. At the same time we have to stretch the technological processes, and identify new opportunities in the direction of medium-term development of the sector, in order to ensure revenue growth in the unserved segments, in line with the trends of automation and control system developments in new decentralized power generation.
