Following the previous successful cooperation, EPDOR is helping to set the controlling within MPOWER. The goal of the pilot project in the autumn is to monitor the existing reporting, and to create further reports and processes in controlling, which will improve and increase the efficiency of the management of MPOWER Engineering, especially with its gradual use of the process in the other companies of the MPOWER group.
