In the spirit of teamwork and mutual support, EPDOR is throwing a party with pétanque and BBQ. Our friends, colleagues and staff will join us on the premises of Kolečko in Křivoklát. An important element of the action is the children's participation. The kick-off activities of EPDOR in the field of social responsibility also starts there.

EPDOR is strengthening its global team with a new member from the USA. Alex Webster will help EPDOR to support international activities and to care for selected foreign clients and related marketing activities. We wish Alex great acclimatization in the Czech Republic and the fulfillment of his expectations.

EPDOR believes in the potential of building a long term business relations in the Middle East. During the three summer months EPDOR will visit the Middle East region with the aims of deepening business relations, the solution of specific business opportunities and setting up forms of cooperation in the future. The Middle East still means interesting opportunities for Czech export companies in respect of the strong historical ties and the attractiveness of the price-performance ratio of Czech products and services.

In France, every other year, the World Nuclear Exhibition is held. This international exhibition of nuclear energy is one of the most important international fairs in Europe. This year WNE 2016 was held on 28-30 June in Paris. EPDOR participated with the main aim of establishing and deepening business relationships between Czech companies successfully operating in the field of nuclear energy and their French counterparts.

EPDOR had the opportunity to present their expertise to the companies EDF and Areva in the Czech embassy on 18.5.2016 in Paris. The presentation was part of a wider Czech-French delegation in France. We believe that the Czech companies caught the attention of the French partners and will result in the intensification of Czech-French trade.

The meeting of leaders of nuclear energy, on the occasion of the international conference '60 years for nuclear power industry', took place on 12.5.2016 in Pilsen. Along with a number of other companies operating in the field of nuclear energy, the conference was also attended by EPDOR. The tradition of nuclear energy is deeply rooted in Pilsen, as it is in the Czech Republic. We wish all participants many more years of success in promoting the safe and stable use of nuclear energy.

In the past 12 months EPDOR launched a number of projects and established a series of partnerships. A major milestone was reached in April 2016, exactly one year since EPDOR gained its first customer. EPDOR is grateful for the opportunity to provide  services to its Czech and international customers.

Focusing on international market and business communication, EPDOR has recently signed MoU with Egyptian client EPICO - Engineering for Projects & Investment. This cooperation will enable EPDOR and its strategic partners to reach up to date market information on regular basis.

EPDOR is introducing the new tool for effective liquidity management, SUMMA by PREFIS,  into the Czech market. The presentation will take place on 1.6. 2016 in Grébovka Pavilion. On the program there will also be an interesting presentation on the topic "The role of the CFO" where prominant representatives of Czech companies will share their experience with liquidity management and treasury systems.

The first customer of EPDOR on the American continent supplies piping components to petro-chemical plants and to power plants. The EPDOR's task is to map the potential market for U.S. Metals, to identify possible opportunities and to support more active involvement in Central Europe and the Middle East.
