Pražská Plynárenská is one of the most important local energy players, which reliably supplies gas and electricity to hundreds of thousands of households and companies in the Czech Republic. The history of Pražská Plynárenská is inseparably connected with Prague and the roots of the gas industry can be traced back to 1847. The objective of the project was to analyse, benchmark and propose measures to improve digital culture and electronic communication with PP clients using suitable tools. EPDOR is very proud to complete this digitalization project. We wish that the outcomes of the project will bring to PP many happy and digitally satisfied clients.

EPDOR experts supports German engineering champion to enter the Czech & Slovak market. VPC GmbH covers practically every aspect of owning and operating power plants. VPC has a wealth of experience in handling with various tasks and challenges ranging from individual items of equipment to the point of complex operation management. EPDOR and VPC declare an interest to identify new business opportunities, using specific skills, expertise and references of both partners. EPDOR is thrilled about this new cooperation and is convinced to find and execute new shared projects.

Last month, EPDOR met the representatives of the Czech embassy in Paris. We are very pleased to be invited to the next events organized by the Czech embassy to present our activity in France with our Czech partners in the IT and energy fields.
EPDOR participated in the conference on Small Modular Reactors 2018. Several concepts of small reactors were introduced at the conference. The biggest surprise was the demonstration of the 20MW reactor model by the UJV Group, called “Energy Well".
LDM - EPDOR has been awarded to supply two steam pressure control valves for a 770 MW Gas Fired Power Plant for an international EPC in Turkey. We offered a technical quality product with a competitive price, with the short delivery terms and highly responsive communication. We expect to develop a deeper cooperation and being an approved supplier in other projects for this International EPC contractor and keep on developing our products for the power plants all over the world.
EPDOR is a new member of the French-Czech Chamber of Commerce. The CCFT / FČOK mission is to be a platform for the French-Czech community development, to promote business and cultural relations between the two countries and their people and to spread the idea of European unity.
At the end of the year 2017, EPDOR completed an export project in China with one Czech industrial company Valve Control. The project was delivered on-time and on-budget by using active project management tools of EPDOR. As a side note, it is so encouraging to see Czech companies to be successful on the Chinese market.
During the fall of 2017, our distinguished partner from Houston, US Metals sales manager Steve Traile, visited Prague. Mr. Traile took part in a number of talks on strategy, product portfolio and ongoing projects in CEE, along with key local clients. US Metals is the leader in the supply of pipelines for power and petrochemistry in the United States. We believe that their participation at Prague meetings will support the expansion of trade between the Central European region and Texas.
