Peter Szenasy is EPDOR's managing partner as well as its majority shareholder. Over the last decade Peter has held several senior and executive positions in the energy industry in Central Europe. He is a former board member of a newly built nuclear plant in Slovakia, and a supervisory board member of a energy company in Bulgaria. During the last ten years, Peter has become a regular lecturer at a number of international expert conferences on energy. In 2013, his ICT project was among the top 5 IT projects in the Czech Republic. Peter completed his BA degree with honors in the US and MBA with RIT in Prague. Peter speaks 4 languages and has attended a number of training programs on project management, procurement and negotiation, including Harvard business school and INSEAD.

Mattijs Maussen acts as adviser, organizer and mover & shaker in the fields of culture, education, urban and regional development. Mattijs has extensive experience with politicians, artists, researchers and the media, in the region, in Europe and internationally. An initiator and motivator with a practical approach, and a record of successful large scale (70M€+) creative projects undertaken. Mattijs' specialities are: EU strategy expert development, investigating and monitoring European Commission programmes and projects worth in excess of 10 M€. He is also a researcher on transnational programs and long-term action plans for states, and communicator and organizer for European Institutions, ministries, agencies, and regions and municipalities of over 150.000 inhabitants. His network states that Matitijs is not afraid to work with his feet in the mud and head in the clouds.

David Pirner is the founding and majority partner of Grant Thornton Advisory. Before founding the company, originally called Facility, in 2002, David worked for 6 years in the banking sector, 4 of which were in a senior management position as Head of Dealing and Corporate Sales for the bank’s top 100 clients. David is also able to draw on his experience from his time as the Head of Foreign Sales for a Czech industrial company. He was also the CEO of a Hungarian company during its restructuring period,after which it was purchased by a large Czech industrial company. He holds an international executive MBA diploma from the University of Pittsburgh.
